Another shot of the LMT near Laona

Rode from Oconto County (Gillett) up to Waubeno/Laona area, mostly good to excellent trails. Little thin & gravelly on the grade south of Waubeno but perfectly rideable. Moderate traffic and most riders well behaved except for a few kids on old Polaris's.

160 miles between Waushara County, Lake Winnebago and Calumet County on some cool "down south" trails. Thanks club members!:D :taz:

Someone dropped a pickup through off north shore of Lake Winnebago Saturday in front of Waverly Beach, fell in the drink up to the door handles. (later removed) There were no vehicles going out very far, some running the shoreline on the ice. Not a good idea!

Rode some Waushara County trails today, about 85 miles worth. They are in very good early season conditions. All were groomed and as of Saturday were in good to very good shape. All trails I was on had adequate snow cover and additional light snow falling afternoon of Dec. 15.

Unfortunately Winnebago County trails are still closed. Drifters Snowmobile Club of Neenah has purchased the WCSA groomer and has taken over grooming the northern part of Winnebago County.
