Well, it seems that the year is over for now... :( Just wanted to say thanks to all the Groomers that have dedicated their time to make what wasn't a great year for snow the best it could be! All the time and effort was much appreciated, looking forward to a great upcoming :sledder: season!

Once again, thanks!

I too would like to thank those that make it possible to enjoy great trails in Forest County. The groomers are the most visible group too thank, so thanks to them for sure. It goes way deeper than that, all the way to the guy opening the gates, to the guy "schmoozing" a landowner to let us through for another year. You all know who you are, the 100 miler is a class act, with world class trails for all to enjoy. Thanks again and please let us all know what we can do to help prep for next year. This past year, the 100 miler did something that I think was new to them, having booster members help in the pre-season with brushing. It was a good time and a great meal followed a hard days work. Maybe we can make this a bigger event next season with more help from more people that would like to lend a hand. Maybe we could even plan a summer party at Silver Lake in Laona, say during the community soup the 1st weekend in August, with all the booster members to raise some funds for both the Lions club and the snowmobile club. Who's in?
