To the New Users:

I'm having trouble with outgoing email, so you're not receiving the email verifications or the email welcome to the site, once approved. But I am manually verifying new users, and accepting them. It's just that the email notifications aren't working. So, if you just recently signed up, you've been approved, it's just that you didn't get any email notifications. I'm working on fixing this problem.
