The trails here are pretty bare for the most part. The 40 degree temperatures we've had the last couple of days has really melted what we did have. It's not a pretty sight. We've been out brushing a few times, but there has been NO GROOMING. We need snow!!! :(

I was working on parts of the Florence County trail #F4 which runs from Fence to Long Lake yesterday. Where there has been a lot of vehicle traffic, the trail is glare ice. Where there hasn't been vehicle traffic, there is hard crunchy snow. Very little snow, but at least the ground was covered. Our 4 groomers remain parked in their summer home waiting for enough snow to move them to their winter homes.
