The deer I hit knocked the deer whistles off the front of the van:( A few years ago my peripheral vision just caught a couple of deer coming at me from the side of the trail. I slammed on the brakes just in time but my husband almost had a heart attack watching from behind me! Another time on the grade near the Half-Way Bar!
