thats how it is set up currently,after your 3rd your permanent limit is .02 the laws are about cash not safety

yeah the law has its way of collecting cash and not doing much about OWI's in Wisconsin which is what really sucks.

I just hope I am not in a group that ever does get hit or have a run in with a drunk. IMHO its stupid so can go along with the tickets handed out for stupid people.
