Saturday Night Update

I was bummed at first, when I heard the trails weren't opening until next Friday. I thought maybe they'd open Monday. Now, I'm glad they don't open until next Friday. It will give us more time to finish brushing our trails. Our trail South of Pestigo River Rd (the part behind county gates) was a real mess. There were four widow-makers around the corner, and out of sight from behind the locked gate. The trail is still pretty rough because of rocks and debris. The swamp south of Armstrong Creek is open in several places. Brian and I went to the rescue of Dick, who almost got stuck in the groomer, and helped him get out of there. We'll be doing more brushing and signing tomorrow and through out the week in preparation of Friday's opening.
