WHY?!? Does it anger you? Whether you like the law or not, it is going to be a topic of conversation for a while to come. Apparently enough people find it to be a worthy topic to keep responding to it. The bottom line is that it is the law, not a strong suggestion and there are establishments that are not abiding by that law and could face hefty penalties. These establishments are also begining to make a bad reputation for themselves. Believe it or not, when you have a bar that is allowing the smoking they will end up chasing a lot of non smokers away along with their money. Its not good business, and makes you wonder what other laws they are breaking. Are they selling non taxed alcohol, are all of the profits being claimed, is the kitchen sanitary? Just follow the law.:sledder:

I was simply changing the subject.
I didn't realize I would be scrutinized on this friendly forum.

DickP:
Do you know who rode their ATV on the snowmobile trail from Gudowicz's Marathon on Hwy 101 to Chitko Rd.? I was thinking it might be a certain young fellow, from over there, but don't want to get anybody in trouble. It's not like I've never done something I shouldn't of. But I'd like to explain or mention to him, that he could take Kozlowski Rd instead. The road just north of you. Then we wouldn't have those big hard frozen ruts in the trail. If you see that other Dick, mention that to him, although I'm not sure he's going to get out unless we get more snow. Those ruts are tough, and it would be nice if we could get them broke down and smoothed out.
