Ride Report from Wednesday

Trailered from my cabin in Townsend to Laona to hopefully find better snow. 4 of us put on 130 miles, we headed north out of Laona on the NST, (first part great but did hit some gravel further north), eventually turned west then south and back to the east from Hiles. Had some great conditions and some terrible conditions. Trails were mostly smooth but thin in many areas. Had some fantastic conditions once we got east of Hiles and out of the totally messed up logging areas. 40 degrees when we got back to the trailer and things were melting fast. Temperatures and no snow in the forecast, not good, can't be time for her to sing yet I hope.
