Monday 2-23-2015 Trail Update
Posted: Mon Feb 23, 2015 10:02 pm
The North and South Loops of the Armstrong Creek Section have been groomed today and this evening.
Dick Leja and Josh Nichols both reported that the trail is in EXCELLENT condition. Dick reported that there
are areas that are beginning to show signs of wear. The corners, however, remain icy and can be very
dangerous if to much speed is used. Please, SLOW down in the corners! :eye-popping:
Josh stated that the South is also showing signs of wear. He believes 6 - 8 inches of snow would be a
blessing for the whole trail system. Also, the rocky trail section approximately 1-1/2 miles from Benson
Lake road has NOT gotten any better. Please SLOW down in this area also. Some of those rocks can do
a lot of damage if struck the wrong way.
Overall, the Armstrong Creek Section is in EXCELLENT condition. We need snow!!!
Ride safe and enjoy the trails.
