6-10" Snow

According to the weather channel, who doesnt appear to right too often, is calling for 6 to 10 inch of snow sat Dec 1. Now would you open the trails right away sunday or monday if 10" falls?

trails do not open until the 15th weekend. there is still deer hunting going on right now

Yes. I think muzzle-loading is still open, so if you get out to brush tomorrow, wear some blaze orange.

according to NOAA, 2 inches saturday and 8 inches saturday night are expected:)

I believe it is state law that opening day for Snowmobiling cannot be any sooner then the 15th regardless of snow cover. :(

On another note, it is great to see the predictions, John Dee has us slated for another 4" or so next week as well with below average temperatures! We could have one heck of a nice base when things open up! :thumbup:

If that's true, someone better let Price County know about that law. They plan on opening on the 10th.

At our last county meeting the AWSC VP (Tom) was there and said that the trails in northern wi would not be ready to open until Dec 15th. The trails in some areas can not be marked because of Deer Hunting.:mad:
