The Wabeno trails: SS6 (Wabeno -> INT37), NST4 (Wabeno -> Townsend), SSL (Townsend -> Himley Lake @ W) were groomed late last night and early this morning. The trails took a beating from the heavy traffic Friday and are rated FAIR overall, with some GOOD and some POOR. The NST4 @ Toupee Creek is bare with gravel showing. Some wooded areas are thinning again, with the corners "blown off". Grooming went better than expected. Wet conditions and lower temps helped the trail setup. With the expected traffic on Saturday from the MS Ride, trail conditions are sure to deteriorate rapidly, although cooler temps may help. Think snow. Until next time... Ride Safe, and Keep Right!
