Trail Conditons

Thanks to the 100 miler groomer drivers for making decent trails
with the little bit of snow that we have.
I bet the case tractor hardly had a chance to cool down!!;)
Those of us that took a chance and came up to ride were not disapointed.
Sorry I forgot the camera.
If anyone is interested here is what I found,
forest road trails are the nicest,
railroad grade from townsend to laona is poor,(gravel)
but l.m.t. trails west of hiway 32 fair to good,
railroad grade from newald north to state line is pretty good,
low on snow around cavour,
but forest roads from johnies to cavour are nice,
more snow in newald and tipler than cavour,
more snow north and west of crandon,
more yet in three lakes and eagle river,
northern half of florence county has more snow than south half,
If your riding I would suggest to make a loop north and west.
Thanks again,
T.C.
