100 Mile Snow Safari Forum

Happy New Year everyone !! SS2 and the NST1 were groomed yesterday and into last night . The NST was groomed up to Junction 5 and down to Mudslingers bar in Cavour . This section is rated Very Good with no water and is super flat. SS2 was also groomed to the North and West of Armstrong Creek , I did run into a few wet areas near the swamp sections but nothing that shouldnt of froze over last night . I was able to make it across the long swamp behind Gordon and Laura lakes with the drag last night . It was a little wet but again should be solid today . As always , use caution this time of the season . We have plenty of snow but some early season conditions still persist . Still a lot of branches leaning over the trail and plenty of sticks and debris from the storm out there . SS6 will be groomed today down to Intersection 30 ,
so expect the groomer around every corner. Look for a report this evening . Be safe folks and enjoy all of our trail system .

It also looked like the Blue Ox club out of Long Lake had been out North of Jct 5 and east on F4 so that section to the north should be in good shape . Also a big thanks to all of those at CJ's Bar in Newald who kept the Groomer Driver fed yesterday Delicious
