100 Mile Snow Safari Forum

The 100 Mile Snow Safari Trail Work Day is: [B]Saturday, December 2nd[/B].

We have divided the 100 Mile Snow Safari into three areas with the following contacts:

The Wabeno and Laona areas of the 100 Mile Snow Safari have been (or will be) brushed. They no longer require any assistance for the Trail Work Day on Dec. 2nd.

We are still brushing Armstrong Creek on Dec. 2nd. We'll be working two main areas with four different staging areas:

[*]Pestigo River Rd to Bensen Lake Rd[/LIST]We have some volunteers already, and may have enough people, but I am still waiting for some confirmations. If you'd like to help out, in case one of the other volunteers cannot make it, send me a PM.

the Wabeno trail from LMT 8 east to Rat River Rd, was where Roger wanted all volunteers for that area, because that trail is very narrow and needs work badly!!!!

Anyone interested in helping brush in the Laona or Wabeno areas please meet at Citco in Wabeno at 9 am. We will be heading out to the Rat River area between LMT 8 and the Rat River Rd. This section of trail needs work the most. Anyone who talked to me before, you can do the trail areas we talked about. After work we will go to the Wild Rose for some food and refreshments. Johnnie

I was just informed yesterday that the gates will be closed due to the muzzleloader season. We're still going to try to get out tomorrow and try to brush what we can.

Andy and his crew will be brushing from Nelligan Pond to Armstrong Creek.

Dick, Myself, and another guy will be brushing from Pestigo River Rd to Bensen Lake Rd. We're going to meet at the GreenShack at 9 am tomorrow.
