All of the snow Milwaukee & Madison don't want they should start trucking it to the north:lol: Even though some of the trails down here are open it is much better riding up north.:thinksnow:

ghostrider were the trails groomed? Were they even open? Did you ride Red Arrow trails?

I came through Oconto County today. I think saw a part of the trail groomed, and even saw a red tractor and drag parked.

According to WI Dept. of Tourism web site Townsend, Lakewood trails in Oconto County are open.

Townsend and Lakewood trails are open and groomed! We got about 5" of snow last night and that was enough to fill things in fairly well, though we still need some more snow! Red Arrow has groomed their entire system and I think they were planning on going out tonight after the weekend was over. Paul Bunyon was out today gromming this afternoon. The portions of PB that were groomed today that we were on (it was killing me a bit, it would have been so much better had it been groomed at night and allowed to set up) were in great shape, most of the low areas were filled in and over all I would have to say they are 90% there. I think that if they get the 3" - 6" of snow that is suppose to be coming this week things will be in pretty good shape! Red Arrow wasn't out in the area we were on today, but I would have to believe that after seeing how nice the PB trails looked Red Arrow will be in about as good as shape after grooming!

Redarrow started grooming just after the rain on 12-14 . Most of the trails have been groomed 3 times though only the last time was any filling noticable on the rough sections. the base is good the fluffy snow not to good for packing.
