Temps in the NW part of WI. have been running about the same as, or a little warmer than Townsend, and we had 8 " on the lake in Birchwood (rice lake/ Hayward area) over this past weekend.
take it for what its worth.
The oconto CO. trail map should have alot of pistops/phone # that could help you out.
