Boy I hope so. John Dee is only saying 1-4 inches for Forest County, and we all know how overly optimistic he supposively is...

...winter storm watch in effect from thursday afternoon through
late thursday night...

The national weather service in green bay has issued a winter
storm watch...which is in effect from thursday afternoon through
late thursday night.

* snow...heavy at times...will develop on thursday afternoon...and
continue into thursday night. The heavy snow should pull out of
north central wisconsin late thursday night.

* snow accumulations of 8 to 12 inches are anticipated.

* strong west winds will gust to 30 to 40 mph late thursday
night...leading to considerable blowing and drifting snow.

* driving conditions will become treacherous thursday afternoon and
night...so motorists should adjust travel plans accordingly. Air
travel will also be greatly impacted.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A winter storm watch means there is a potential for significant
snow accumulations that may impact travel. Continue to monitor the
latest forecasts.
