Firewood

Post by Pat1 »

Are there any recommendations for firewood in the Crandon/Pickerel area. I need a cord or two delivered. After snowmobiling it is nice to come home to a warm fire. :sledder:

It would seem I spent too much time playing and not enough time cutting wood this summer. :erm:

Somebody was asking about this on Facebook too.
And Someone replied "Kevilis in Laona maybe but not cheap. Cut and split I know.."

I looked up the number for you:
Kevilus Trucking

I called but the number is no longer in service. Googled it as well. It is the correct number for Kevilus Trucking.

I knew I should of tried to call it first, but I figured it was too early in the morning. I verified what you said-- It's disconnected. I even tried looking on Facebook. Nothing. My wife's going to drive by there later today, and she said she'd take a look when she goes by. Maybe they're using a cell number now. I think that's the place that used to have the big American flag flying out front, along with rows and rows of firewood stacked out front.

I kept looking. Found an alternate number. Called and left a message asking if they had fireplace wood for delivery. (It was on an answering machine where they mentioned their name in the outgoing message.) If they do have wood, I will let you know.
