Just had to Comment

Post by I Doo »

We were up Friday thru Sunday and after things I read here was not sure what to expect. I will have to say yes some corners are icy as well as some areas on the trail and yes we need more snow. However 90 - 95% of the trails we were on were great!! We had a blast. I am not sure how you guys make anything out of the little snow as you have but thanks. Came up on a sled fire first one I have ever seen. If was sad to see. Know one was hurt however. Thanks again!! Here are a few pictures and not prepicked. Just happened to stop here.

The sled fire pics look like the woods trail to Mudslingers south of Cavour.

What year ski-doo was that?

It was a 1996 Skidoo. I didn't ask him what model. It was on the airport just east of Lakewood.

We saw the remains in the back of a pick-up on Saturday night and they were cleaning the debris off of the trail. Parking brake again

He told us yes the brakes were holding up but he said no parking brake on just that the brakes stayed on. He noticed that the sled was very sluggish. I think I would have stopped and checked it out before it went!!
