Good read about grooming trails

Post by snoway »

This is burried in another thread, but needs to be read by anyone who cares about trail conditions.
Thought I'd bring it out front.
Fairly long read but worth it.

That was a great article. More people need to be aware of all the work that goes into keeping the trails nice. We all play a role in what sort of conditions we leave the trails in.

A great article. Great trails don't just happen. Remember, don't beat the ribbon!

I agree, good read. I wish all the hotdogs ripping every corner and intersection would understand what they are doing, they need to read this and understand trails could stay smooth much longer without them.

that was a good read! one thing he forgot to mention, riding on the right side and not down the middle would help as well. you prevent the "v" shaped trail which is hard to groom to back to a nice ribbon.:D
