Townsend Web Cam

Post by toolman »

If any of you are interested here is a link for the cam that is at my house in Townsend. It overlooks the brook part of the flowage. It is live, and there should be 2 or 3 more soon, one of which will have temp and snow depth but for now this is what I have!. I will let you know as I add them. I believe if you cut and paste this it will work! I can't access this link from up here so if you check it our during the day please let me know it's working!

I can't check this link when I am in Townsend, the only way I can check it, is when I am not at my place there. Seeing that no one has said the link isn't woking I am assuming it works?

Thanks Toolman for posting your cam, it works great down here in New Berlin. It's fantastic being able to see the flowage anytime. I better get up there and do some plowing. It's time to saddle up and ride!! :sledder:

Thanks for the link. I have a place right off of Valley View that link works great. Was it hard to set up using the Links? My parents have that set up in Townsend with Granitewave.

Thanks,
Frank

Great I'm glad to hear that its working! It's actually quite easy to set up, though any additional cams will be different as they will work on a computer, this is only set up with a modem and wireless router, thus you are some what limited to what you can do with it. Frank I will send you an email regarding setting it up sometime in the next day or so.

Townsend December 31st 2008

It's a clear sunny day!

2 - 3" of fresh snow yesterday with about 20" on the ground!
Weatherbug says it's 3 degrees in Wabeno
2 - 3" of snow forecast for tomorrow!

Trials were hot yesterday......
