THANKS!! SNOWAY! Her name is Kris!We train all our bartenders to cook because our grill is never closed while we are open! You can grab anything off the menu at midnight if you want, as long as you don't mind waiting a few minutes more for the grill to get hot enough to cook on! Or wait a little longer when a big group comes in to eat all at once!
I try to have two people on during busy times to better serve our customers! BUT, when in the Northwoods anything can happen at anytime so sit back relax and enjoy!!!

P.S. I don't think she visits this site! but I will tell her you said she deserves a raise!!:rotflmao::lol::slywink:

Prime Rib

Post by snoway »

As long as this thread is expanding into other foods than pizza,....
I want to plug the Brule River pub for prime rib sandwichs or dinner.....Get there after 2 PM on Sat. to get it right out of the oven....not sure if its like that every weekend ,but we hit it right 2 weekends in a row....We get the philly with the onions, green peppers etc on a nice cut of prime rib,....it will feed 2, cut in 1/2 it still looks like a half pound burger!
