Any live web cams
Any live web cams
Is there any live web cams a guy can look at up in that area. Hurley had one at the iron nugget i could sit at work and watch the sleds go by. (talk about torture).
I plan on having something available. I am just not sure what flavor it will be. I started sifting through my PTZ cameras that were knocked offline a couple years ago by a lightning strike. The sad news is that I lost 3 of 6. I've got two of them reinstalled, and think I know where the third one will go. The PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) cameras are nice because of the aforemention features, and include audio. These cameras are primarily for security. They have motion detectors that snap pics and automagically post the pics to a webpage, email, or smartphone when activated. I also have some basic webcams too. I'll probably use one of these for my live view cam that will show the snow guage, temp, etc., like in the past.
If you go to www.johndee.com and click on the northwoods cam network. There is a pile of cameras from Wisconsin and the UP
