...winter storm watch in effect from saturday morning through
late saturday night...

The national weather service in green bay has issued a winter
storm watch...which is in effect from saturday morning through
late saturday night.

* snow will arrive early saturday morning over north-central and
far north-east wisconsin. The heaviest period of snowfall will
occur saturday morning through saturday afternoon.

* by the end of saturday night...5 to 10 inches of snow is
possible.

* travel conditions will become extremely hazardous saturday into
saturday night as a result of the heavy snow...and reduced
visibilities from the blowing and drifting snow.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A winter storm watch means there is a potential for significant
snow accumulations and blowing snow that may impact travel.
Continue to monitor the latest forecasts.

Wet, heavy snow is what we need. Let it snow, then rain, then freeze and we will have a base until Easter.
