Alltel normally pics up the best service.. Most of the towns in the area are all alltel customers. The phone the picks up the best service is motorola, they seem to be the better ones for this area. Alltel even recommends the motorola for this area. just make sure if you are an alltel customer, when you arrive up north to punch in a code and your phone with reset for better service. Im not sure of the number its I believe its 2 or 3 digits you punch in and just push send. I haven't done it since winter.. all see if I can find it, I know I have it written down somewhere.
