As of now the ground is covered and that is about it. Heard the trails are going to open in Vilas Co. Friday, Well I talked to a man who lives on South Twin last night and he said they only have 3-4 inches on the ground. I think they open at the first date possible regardless of snow. The smaller lakes have 5-6 inches of ice. Lucerne and Metonga are another story. The wind has been keeping them open. I haven't check in the last couple of days, but they were open yet, last weekend. Think Snow!!!
